Due to sanitation purposes and risk factors involved, our company does not offer return of items therefore, refunds do not apply as well. Due to the recent worldwide pandemic, our company values the luxury items we send you are sanitized and safe. We do not accept returns nor cancellations.

Cancellation
In an event that you decide to cancel your purchase, ALL fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable. There is also a restocking fee for cancellations.
Items On Hold
If you sent your first payment and we do not hear from you to finalize the processing of your purchase in 2 days we will restock the item with out notification and the first payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Pre-order Cancellation
ALL pre-order cancellations are NOT allowed.
Please note, as soon as your order is placed this becomes part of our inventory. You may choose an installment plan but for us to get that item to you we pay it full.
