International Shipping Notice

Our International shipping partner, Canada Post is experiencing massive delays for our international shipments.

From our communication with their customer service team, they are working through a back log of shipments due to the lack of flights and the current global situation. They are working through the back log as quickly as possible.

As you can imagine, once the parcel has left our warehouse, it is completely out of our control.  We trust our shipping partner to deliver your parcel in the quickest time possible for them, and ask that our valued customers please be patient with the process.

Once the parcel arrives in the destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for final delivery.  We recommended registering for email updates with your local postal service if available.  You can find your local postal service tracking number on your parcels tracking page.
